All LCAS dogs are fostered in private homes. We do not have a facilty and all volunteers work full time. Most dogs are transported to our scheduled adoption events which are listed on the events page. Please do call first to make sure a particular dog is coming to an event. Sometimes the van is overfull and dogs get the day off. Other arrangements can be made for meeting a dog if you are out of the area, or work weekends. If you are viewing this dog through petfinder.org, PLEASE CLICK THROUGH to the Lake County Animal Services webpage to get more detailed information about this dog.
7/6/10 DNA results for june2010 (sports figures) puppies came back Staffordshire Bull Terrier and Rottweiler. Puppies are all normally active, happy, play with kennel kitty. Mom is shown as Lola on this site. Available July 10. They are all adorable!
8/11/10 Lance is 3 months old now and really loves the food bowl! He will sit and stay for treats. He's a bit of a porker but on him it looks cute. He is the gentle giant of his liter and my personal favorite, I think we have a lot in common....We're working on the housebreaking thing next.
