All LCAS dogs are fostered in private homes. We do not have a facilty and all volunteers work full time. Most dogs are transported to our scheduled adoption events which are listed on the events page. Please do call first to make sure a particular dog is coming to an event. Sometimes the van is overfull and dogs get the day off. Other arrangements can be made for meeting a dog if you are out of the area, or work weekends. Uno is a 2.5 year old chi. He is VERY sweet, pretty well housetrained, (he will mark, and I think he gets over it once things are marked- use diapers at first) loves to cuddle, sleeps under the covers, travels well, and plays hard with other dogs. He can hold his own in most situations. He plays with kitty in a nice way. I have been traveling with Uno for months now. He does not show well at events because he is so attached to me. I can take him with me everywhere. He is always polite, goes in stores and does not pee, stays right near me with out a leash. He is a joy to have around. He will be very happy and will bond with anybody who gives him love and attention. He will be in supremely happy when he has a home in which he is not tromped on as he snuggles under the covers.
